Happy Wednesday! I quite literally haven’t stopped thinking about this one, and it’s because it’s one of the most insane things I’ve made!! A s’mores cheesecake (fully crusted) that you smash into with a spoon — yes, we are doing this, and it is UNREAL.


This Fully Crusted Upside-Down S’mores Cheesecake (No-Bake) is one of those desserts that is as fun to make as it is to eat. It starts with a perfectly buttery, crunchy graham cracker crust that coats the entire thing — then you get a rich, creamy no-bake toasted marshmallow cheesecake filling that is so silky and indulgent, with a thick, rich hot fudge sauce layered right in the middle that takes everything completely over the top. The whole thing gets inverted to serve so that gorgeous graham cracker crust ends up on top — and then you smash right into it with a spoon and all those layers just come tumbling together in the most satisfying, delicious way.
Finished with a generous dollop of toasted marshmallow fluff on top — every single bite has that classic s’mores flavor and it is just so dreamy. No oven, no fuss, and absolutely one of the most fun desserts you will ever put on a table!
